Course overview:
Decision making is one of the most important activities in which leaders, individuals and teams are engaged with. Managers are faced with having to make complex decisions riddled with risk and uncertainty. Because decision making is so important and can have such significant effects on both the decision makers and those who are expected to be affected by the decision, one needs to be cautious on the nature of decisions to be made, who makes which decisions, who should be involved in the decision-making process and at what level. Grounded on different backgrounds and perspectives, several modeling techniques have been developed for the design and development of decision-making processes over the years.
